Mannamead care launch exciting new company to provide Health care Consultancy to the adult care sector

Mannamead Healthcare Consultancy Limited was established in August 2022 by Philip & Tonya Gerry to help South West based care home providers in key areas of their business with a focus around Systems and process/Care and wellbeing/Training.

Three Board appointments have been made with the Linda Dodd taking up the role of Operations Director, Marie-Claire Foale taking up the role of Director of Care and Angela Sayer being appointed as the Director of Training.

Combined, these Directors have over 50 years of experience in the Care sector, and each of them are Registered Managers in their own right, working for the Mannamead Care Group. Initially their consultancy and their skills will be deployed in our own group, but over time its expected that we will branch out by making this consultancy service available to other care providers looking for help and assistance in their own Care Homes. Traditionally a sharing of ideas and using the skills of other care providers is fragmented and more often that not, its run by companies that don’t run care homes themselves. Bringing these core skills all under one roof, and being delivered by a company, that is, in itself, a care provider, seeks to give the answers and the solutions that work.

In a digital world, systems and process is vital if we are to streamline paperwork and be more efficient in our IT and record keeping.

Training can help us to be the best we can when caring for others, and of course we cannot lose sight of the need to treat people with respect and dignity in all that we do.

Mannamead Healthcare Consultancy is run by healthcare professionals who know the challenges we face, and more importantly have the answers to deliver great outcomes for all those that work in, and use the adult care system in the UK.
